- If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time, no refund will be provided.

We do provide a grace waiting time of 5 minutes on the booking day. This ensures flexibility in case of unforeseen delays. However, additional waiting time beyond the grace period may be subjected to additional charges of $10 per 15 minutes block.
